Shipping & Returns

Returns

• Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
• A minimum 20% restocking fee applies to items returned in original, unused condition with packaging and tags intact.
• If the return is not due to our error (e.g., incorrect item sent, defective, or damaged upon arrival), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Refunds will be issued for the order total minus shipping costs and restocking fee.
• If an item is returned in used, damaged, or non-resellable condition, Empire Beauty reserves the right to deny the refund. If denied, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fee to have the item returned back to them.
• A return request and approval are required before sending the product back. Returns sent without approval will not be processed, and reshipment will require an additional shipping fee.



Exchanges

• To exchange an item, customers must first submit a return form and obtain approval.
• Once approved, the item must be shipped back (Empire Beauty does not provide a prepaid return label, but customers may purchase one through us if preferred).
• After the returned items are inspected and approved, store credit will be issued to the customer’s account to use toward the replacement items.
• The original shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit.
• A restocking fee may apply if returned items arrive damaged.
Used products are not eligible for exchange.



Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only if they have not yet shipped.
• If the order has already shipped, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, and the refund will be issued after deducting that cost.
• If a shipment is refused at delivery, the shipment cost will still apply and will be deducted from the refund.
• For In-Store Pickup orders, once the order has been prepared, a 20% restocking fee will apply to cancellations.



Shipping Policy

Free U.S. shipping on orders over $200.
• Orders under $200 are charged a flat $9.99 shipping fee.
• Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories do not qualify for free shipping and require standard shipping rates.
International shipping costs are based on package size and weight and are the responsibility of the customer.
• Orders placed before 1:00 PM (CT) are typically processed the same day.
• Processing delays may occur for various reasons; we will contact customers if additional time is required.
• If our system detects an incomplete or incorrect address, shipping may be delayed until the address is confirmed.



Local Delivery & In-Store Pickup

• Available Monday through Sunday.
• Orders prepared by Friday may still be picked up on Saturday.



Refused or Undeliverable Packages (Return to Sender)

• To reship a returned order, the customer must pay the additional shipping fee.
• If a customer declines reshipment, the order will be treated as a return and will incur a 20% restocking fee.
• The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
• For In-Store Pickup orders not collected within 14 days without notice, the order will be cancelled and a 20% restocking fee will apply.



International Shipping

Aerosol products cannot be shipped internationally due to carrier restrictions.
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes required in their country.
• Additional international shipping fees may apply depending on package size, weight, and destination.
